We are currently working with a school in the Medway area who are looking for a Coversupervisor/TA to start as soon as possible. The position is a long term position until the end of June and they are looking for someone who ideally has had previous experience in this role or similar.
This is a mixed role, some of your time at the school you will be covering whole classes where you will be given the work set by the absent teacher and will make sure students complete the work to a good standard and keep students focused. You will also be working as a TA alongside the class teacher to assist students on a 1:1 or small group basis with their work within the classroom and outside if needed.
