1:1 Learning Support Assistant - Sittingbourne

Classic Education are currently working with an Ofsted rated 'good' school in Sittingbourne who are looking for a passionate, professional and committed Learning Support Assistant to join them as soon as possible until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of this being extended for the right person.
The successful candidate will be supporting a Year 2 pupil with ASD on a 1:1 basis, so previous experience of supporting children with SEND or ASD on a 1:1 basis is desirable.

Successful candidates will:
* Have experience of using a range of supportive strategies including: task boards, timers, scaffolding techniques and visual aids.
* Experience of working within Primary classroom settings
* Have a confident, empathetic and caring approach
* Have a positive attitude with fantastic communication skills
