Salary: £23-24k basic + Commission + 27 days holiday + Excellent work environment

We are currently searching for motivated, organised, ambitious and results-driven individuals to join us. Your primary function will be identifying talented education professionals who can add value to our schools and assist them with their full registration and compliance. This is a fantastic career opportunity for any graduate looking to excel in the education recruitment sector OR anyone with previous recruitment/sales experience interested in the Education Recruitment sector. With ongoing training and mentorship there is great scope for progression and professional development in this role and you will be joining a friendly, supportive and inclusive team.

Resourcer Role:
* Upholding a high level of customer service at all times
* Proactively identifying and building relationships with suitable candidates (posting job adverts, applicant registration and transition through compliance, responding to applicant queries, sending invitations to interviews)
* Supporting every candidate through the full on boarding process as efficiently, effectively and professionally as possible both via phone and face to face (registration, interview, compliance etc)
* Maintaining excellence in safeguarding with each registration
* Upholding a high level of customer service at all times
