Agency Workers Regulations - Applicant Information
The Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) came into force on 1st October 2011.
These regulations are to ensure that temporary workers are afforded the same entitlements as that of an equivalent permanent member of staff.
These entitlements are split into two categories;
Day 1 entitlements - These include access to amenities within the school such as the canteen, staff common room, parking (if available), amongst other things.
12 Week Entitlements - These include access to amenities within the school such as the canteen, staff common room, parking (if available), amongst other things.
